       Lockdown 

Sitting at home with nothing to do 

COVID 19 you big fat poo 

 Our family hates you so get on your way 

So we can all shout yay! 

You ruined my birthday, you ruined my plans 

I hope you die right here in our hands 

COVID 19 you D**K you big greedy pig

Why do you want us to die? 

You are helping global warming but that 

Doesn’t matter cause we can’t move around 

By the way COVID 19 you are so very mean 

And I hope you DIE!

The dairy of the Dragon Queen

Dear Dairy 
I am a sweet little welsh pony called Rosie but do not be fooled! I may only be 124 cm high and 14 years old but I am really the fastest, most evil ears pony in the world. 

Today I went to Eve's camp. Eve's camp is the best pony camp in the WORLD! I have been on Eve's pony camp before but this time I had to go with Doofus, he is such a big wuss! Anyway, On the first day me and some other ponies went on a big trek up a hill that we got to gallop up, it was sooo much fun! While we were away on the hill Doofus and the other ponies (that I don't even bother with) went up some tiny little hills and apparently Dooofus was such an idiot he wouldn't go  away from me! That day was the best fun ever!!!

English to Shakespearean

English:
This morning I got up and gave the horses a bit of bread and the guinea pigs some grass. Rosie (my pony) has a brand new halter that is nice and soft. Then I went inside and ate breakfast. I had weet-bix for breakfast with lots of sugar! 

Shakespearean:
This m'rning i did get up and gaveth the h'rses a did bite of bread and the guinea pigs some grass.  Rosie (my pony) hast a brand new halt'r yond is nice and soft.  Then i wenteth inside and consumed breakfast.  I hadst weet-bix f'r breakfast with lots of sugar!

Wise words of wisdom

My wise words of wisdom come from Mum's ponies whose name is Doofus.  Doofus says
"Someone else's hay is always better than yours."   
"If you want something that you can't get fight for it even if you have to break something to get it."

This is Doofus in the house.

Guiding principals

The Guiding principal I chose was:  He pai te tirohanga ki ngā mahara mō ngā rā pahemo engari ka puta te māramatanga i runga i te titiro whakamua.   

In English this is: It’s fine to have recollections of the past, but wisdom comes from being able to prepare opportunities for the future.

My thought on this is that it is fine to be like my family, but its fine to be my own person too.  My family dont really like to write poems, but I quite enjoy them and sometimes do them for fun.  This gives me wisdom for my future.
