  1. Dear Alicia,
I have always been fasinated by Sir Edmund Hilary. I have read a book about him a few times. It's an adult book called "Nothing Venture, Nothing Win." If you think about the title it's a bit like what you are doing writing three times a day on your blog. Maybe you will be a winner. If you don't try then you are not in with a chance. See nothing venture, nothing win.

  2. Hi Alicia

You have come up with some great questions to as Sir Edmund Hillary. He really is a great New Zealander. Did you know that he was on the five dollar note? Imagine having your photo on the money of your country.
I think asking him 'Why did you start climbing mountains' is a really great question. I wonder what makes people just decide to go and climb a mountain, especially the highest mountain in the world.
Would you like to one day climb a mountain like Mount Cook or Mount Everest?
I don't think it is something that I will ever do, I really don't like the cold so being in the snow is not me!
Do you play any other sports? Or do you just like to ride Rosie?

I enjoyed reading your questions Alicia, so well done.

    Until next time

    Allie :)
